Alexandra Hamilton, Elinor Leary, Craig Peters and are presenting at the Consumer Attorneys of California’s (CAOC) 55th Annual Convention from November 10-13 in San Francisco.
Attorney Hamilton will be moderating a panel, “The Art of Persuasion,” which will give insight on jurors’ behavior inside and outside the courtroom, how to tell a story in court and winning the trial before picking the jury. Trial Team Leader and Board of Governors member Leary will moderate the panel, “Masters: Voir Dire,” which will discuss effective jury selection in different trial scenarios. On the “Masters of Arguing, Proving and Theming Damages” panel, trial attorney and Executive Committee member, Peters will discuss using effective damage analogies at trial. Attorney and Education Chair of the Diversity Committee, Wong is a speaker on the panel, “Putting the Finishing Touches on Construction Cases” where she will discuss the nuts and bolts for preparing a construction site injury cases for trial.
