Andje Medina, William Veen, David Winnett and will present at the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) 2016 Hawaii Travel Seminar from November 26 – December 3 at the Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui, Hawaii. The Veen Firm is also one of the sponsors of the event.
Medina, a CAOC board member, will serve as a moderator on November 30. Veen, a CAOC member, will present the November 29 session “Bad Faith in Coverage Denial Cases Including Workers’ Compensation.” Winnett, also a CAOC member, will present the session “Unintended Death Sentences: Prosecuting Prisoner Suicide Cases” on November 30. Wong, who serves as the Education Chair of the CAOC’s Diversity Committee, will speak on “Exercising Control Over the Privette Defense” on November 30.
